原先這是EMI實驗課的部分，用的是張老師的套組，每個人都有一組下面圖片內的器材。 可以看到器材盒裡面有量杯、塑膠試管，24孔培養皿，吸量管跟塑膠滴管、麥克筆等。 ​ ​主要的樣品有三個，一個是標準銅、鎳的溶液，另外一個是未知物。 ​ ​ ​ 實驗怎樣做？ 理論上要拿一元的硬幣溶解處理。實驗室用0.1M 標準液當標準品，用光電比色儀來進行反應。 因為銅跟鎳在不同的波長會有吸收值不一樣的狀況。所以藉此來判斷溶液中銅跟鎳的含量。 對照未知溶液用方程式進行解析來推算答案。 普通化學實驗室使用的機器請參考下面介紹 https://sophia70216.blogspot.com/2008/12/971211-sp-830-spectrophotometer-sp.html​
